Galvanizing Kettle White Fume Enclosures, combined with a high-efficiency baghouse, provide the means to capture as much as 99% of particulate emissions from the galvanizing process.
The enclosures supplied by CIC Pittsburgh include full area end doors that are actuated by pneumatic cylinders, allowing for complete access to the kettle for dipping and also for maintenance. Full-length side doors, actuated by electric hoists, provide access for skimming. High-efficiency lighting is standard for the interior of the enclosure.
As an added benefit, the CIC Pittsburgh design does not require the enclosure to be dismantled from the furnace for kettle changes.
