Fully Prefabricated New Furnace

We have just received an order to replace this foundry shell reheat furnace. The new furnace will be 20% larger to support an expanded product mix.

Installation of this new CIC Pittsburgh galvanizing furnace has been completed and the furnace has been successfully started up.

If you were on the highways heading out of Pittsburgh, you probably saw us!

We have successfully completed another kettle change, pulse-fire conversion and controls upgrade in this Galvanizing shop.
