CIC Pittsburgh is now offering our Furnace Maintenance Toolkit for sale, with all of the essential tools for any Furnace Maintenance Tech. These are the same tools we use when we service Galvanizing and Heat Treating Furnaces!
CIC Pittsburgh recently supplied, installed, and commissioned a new Hot Dip Galvanizing Furnace
Registration is now open for the American Galvanizers Association (AGA) Virtual TechForum.
Our extensive network of suppliers has all the parts you need, regardless of the original equipment supplier.
It starts out with an optimal, crisp, blue flame. We then show what happens when the fuel gas adjustment valve is gradually opened, causing the burner to fire richer.
We have just received an order to replace this foundry shell reheat furnace. The new furnace will be 20% larger to support an expanded product mix.
Installation of this new CIC Pittsburgh galvanizing furnace has been completed and the furnace has been successfully started up.
If you were on the highways heading out of Pittsburgh, you probably saw us!
We have successfully completed another kettle change, pulse-fire conversion and controls upgrade in this Galvanizing shop.
We will be making improvements from top to bottom, including upgrading the hearth seal system, refractory lining, burner components, and exhaust system.
This is an example page. It's different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:
Hi there! I'm a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin' caught in the rain.)
...or something like this:
The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.
